#YOU CARPET, YOUR RULES: IF YOU CAN DRAW IT, WE CAN TUFT IT!
At Gomyrug we transform your ideas into unique carpets, handmade with the tufting technique. Whether from a photo, a drawing or a digital design, our goal is to capture your vision and turn it into an exclusive textile piece that brings warmth, color and personality to any space.
To guarantee the best quality, we follow a carefully planned artisanal process. The creation of an order can take up to 13 days, divided between: design preparation (1-2 days), tufting or weaving (2-5 days), gluing to fix the piece (2 days) and final finishing (2-4 days). Each stage is essential to achieve a lasting and perfectly finished result.
Although we can transform practically any image into a carpet, the most recommended designs are those with flat colors, well differentiated, without degradation and with a moderate level of detail. If your image does not exactly meet these requirements, don’t worry: we adapt the design to work in textile format, maintaining its essence and visual appeal.
The price of each order is calculated according to the size, the number of colors, the level of detail and the necessary work time. Once the budget has been agreed, we request a 50% advance payment, and the rest is paid when the carpet is finished. All payments are made by bank transfer.
We make shipments throughout mainland Spain with a fixed cost of €10. For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments, we offer customized quotes. Our delivery area covers any part of the world, ensuring that your carpet arrives perfectly packed and protected.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
To facilitate orders, if you already have a design and measurements in mind, it is from here that I can provide you with a personalized budget. You can make orders from these two ways:

Often, I am working on several carpets at the same time, so, depending on my workload, these numbers may vary:
PREPARATION: 1-2 days
TUFTING: 2-5 days
GLUING: 2 days
FINISH: 2-4 days
PRICES AND SHIPPING
WHAT DETERMINES THE FINAL PRICE OF AN ORDER?
There are some factors that determine the final price of the carpet:

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Payments for orders (payment on account and final payment) will be made by bank transfer:

- PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT: to ensure the completion of your carpet, once the design, measurements, price and delivery have been agreed upon, I will request an initial payment of 50% of the final price of the order.
- FINAL PAYMENT: the remaining 50% will be paid once the carpet is finished.

DESIGN
SOLID BLOCKS OF COLOR: OK DESIGN!
For a design to become a carpet, it must be made up of solid blocks of color (drawings, logos, characters…):
ADAPTATION OF DESIGNS
If the design has many details, 3D graphics, gradients, photorealistic elements, letters and/or very small details, it will not be possible to tuft with it:
But the good news is that we can adapt it! You can see an example here:
CARE
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CARE OF MY CARPETS

- Clean your carpet regularly, at least once a week with a vacuum cleaner or lint brush.
- Try to place it in places without much traffic to avoid getting it dirty and/or dirty.
- If it gets stained, clean it delicately with a soft-bristled brush and warm water + detergent, rub it gently in the area of the stain and let it dry in the open air.
- Never machine wash your carpet, as the wool fibers can come off and/or fade.
- If you see any loose strands of wool, this is completely normal in a newly finished carpet. Cut it with scissors without stretching it.
- If you have pets, be careful, as they could make their needs on her and/or bite her. If you cannot prevent your pet from being on the carpet, simply vacuum it more often to clean the animal hair.
